The SQBD Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year ending 31 December 2025 will be held in person on:
Date: Sunday, 28 June 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: Palm Beach Touch, Mallawa Drive, Palm Beach
Following the AGM, a Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place to consider and adopt a new SQBD Constitution.

The proposed constitution has been developed in consultation with Mullins Lawyers and reflects the contributions made during the Affiliates Meeting held in August last year.

Please note that board nominations & submissions for other business must be received by 14 June 2026.
What to Expect
The AGM will provide an opportunity to review SQBD’s activities and achievements from 2025, as well as to elect members to board positions that are due for renewal. The subsequent SGM will focus on modernising the organisation through adoption of an updated constitution.
